This cacao chopped is the result of milling with an open blade organic ceremonial cacao paste. 
Thanks to its origin and genetics, it is still more nutritious than industrial cocoa powder, but it's easier to use then receiving the block paste. 
 
This is lovely for daily morning drinks, to sprinkle on cakes or in smoothies.
It’s extra tart and bitterness indicates its charge in healthy nutrients.
This cacao can be used daily if had in small portions, less than a ceremonial dose which is 1 oz. Reccomend 1 Tablespoon for daily use.
