Cacao Ceremony

Come join us in sacred space on Feb. 1st, 6 Ix'.

Ix' represents the Jaguar, the Mother, Mother Gaia. 6 represents ultimate stability. This is the perfect day for dance and connecting with your body, muscles, and tissue. This month is a very special month as we are coming close to the closing days and the Mayan New Year, Tz'apin'Q'ij or Wayeb. These are the five days at the end of the 365 day count. We are saying good bye to the energy of the previous year and welcoming in a new energy for this coming year. 

2023 year bearer or energy for the year is 11E' which will support our paths, travel, and exploration - so we can give thanks for the energy of last year and all that has passed, combine the energy of the 6 Ix' day along with feeling into gratitude for the energy of this new year energy of 11E" in an intentional heart healing ceremony.

We will be drinking ceremonial cacao, meditating and journeying with the spirit of cacao. Here we will connect with our hearts, we will move our bodies to release stagnation, make space, and allow our dance to be our expression of our prayers.
